I am grateful for breath, movement & love.
What would constitute a perfect day for you?
We’d have the whole day off - great weather, yoga, dancing, painting, trying something new, maybe a ride to the beach & delicious food – a perfect balance of creativity, connection, and relaxation…
What do you value most in a friendship?
Respect, compassion & humour.
What is your most treasured memory?
Floating on the water.

When people demonstrate that they are not considerate of others.

When you were 6 what did you want to be when you grew up?
I always wanted to make things and I loved dressing up!
What is the greatest accomplishment of your life?
I am proud that last year I completed my Master’s degree & my RYT200 Yoga training.

Hmmm, as a Toronto girl I have more lake memory … but oceans hold such power & mystery…
Mountain top or beach?Wow, that’s challenging – love them both… depends on my mood – I associate mountain top with big vistas and the excitement and adrenaline of skiing … for me the beach is more flowy & chill…

Hmmm – love so many – I am looking at my beautiful, fragrant lavender plant right now so I’ll go for that
