Pose of the Month:
Start in a seated position with your knees bent and your spine long. To find comfort and ease into the pose, you can place 1 or 2 blocks under your sitting bones and you can roll a mat or blanket under the ankles.
This pose give us the opportunity to re-set our day before we start our practice. You are able to check in with your body and with your breath. This pose allows you to find the flow of your breath from your crown to your tail and from your tail to your crown. This is a great pose to incorporate pranayama techniques.
You can also use this pose for meditation.
